Prices are great, but price is not the only consideration when you are trying to make your child feel better. I am afraid to give him the pills I received. Customer service gave me an unacceptable answer when I asked for expiration info and manufacturer info.

Your products are priced right; the shipping makes them the same price as buying locally from the vet.

The product is fine, the packaging is fine. The price is fine. But l've ordered from these guys about half dozen times and not once has the verification with our vet happened smoothly. Every time I have had to intervene and call the vet who insists the authorization fax was never received. The VetRxDirect people insist they have sent it multiple times. Twice I've had to rush to the vet to get stopgap (and expensive) medicine because of delayed delivery. It just shouldn't be this hard.

I don't know what was going on but my vet did not receive faxes from you. This slowed down the process and I ended up paying the vet a premium price for 10 days worth of medication that I shouldn't have needed if I got the medication on time.

I ordered the meds I needed for my vet and filled in all the required information and a couple other non required pieces. I received an email stating they had fax the request into my vet and had not heard back. The fax was not something I provided as it was not required. I replied to ask how they faxed it when I did not provide a fax number. They replied that they called the vet. I paid for expedited shipping however my order took a week to complete. I'm not sure why if they called for the fax number why they could not get a verbal verification from the vet. I am also unsure why they do not require the fax number if this is how they intend to gather authorization from the vet.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. i HOPE MY DOG DOESN'T GO INTO SEIZURES.

Ordered 11 days ago and still waiting and have not received my RX. Thought I was being smart going this route but not so sure. I have checked the tracker and called but that has not been any help at all because it has not been updated for 5 days and if you call it just goes into circle with no answers as to where it is or if I will get it.

My dogs needed proof of heart worm testing. Nobody from your end project managed. A product I paid for did not get delivered until I did all the legwork. I expected better service and more follow through.
