They have great prices (better than 1800petmeds, who I was using before), and the items are shipped very fast. When I was waiting for my veterinarian to confirm a prescription for my dog's heart worm medicine, after 2 days VetRxDirect notified me that they still hadn't heard from my vet. I called customer service to confirm their fax number and actually talked to a real life person, which is always refreshing. Once my vet faxed them the prescription, I got an email confirmation just minutes later that the medicine was on it's way. I'm very pleased with the customer service, selection of items, and prices. I'll definitely be back.

My dog needs medication that is very expensive at the pharmacy. I was able to recieve it for less than half the price! They handled everything all I had to do was give them my vet info and I had it in less than a week! Awesome!
