Excellent customer service. I had a problem when part of my order arrived damaged. They acted immediately to correct things and sent me a replacement right away with no delay. Couldn't have been nicer! (And the replacement arrived in perfect condition.)

One of my three beloved furbabies has glaucoma and is taking 3 different eye drops in additional to OTC dry-eye eye drops. The medications from the vet are outrageously expensive. My order with VetRxDirect was a very good experience, in ordering, price matching and delivery. I would highly recommend them. My only issue was that they did not send directions for use with the items ordered. My pet is on SubQ fluids. This was my first time ordering the solution bag, the administration set, and the needles as separate parts. When I received the items, there was not information on how to put these items together. thankfully, it was an easy set up and i figured it out.
