When I received my order (it was shipped via UPS) the box looked like the truck had driven over it! The box was black around the edges and the bottom of the box was crumpled and partially open on the bottom of the box. Fortunately, the syringes of the medication I ordered hadn't been compromised. The service and turnaround time from VetRxDirect was excellent.
