We have used VetRxDirect on several occasions and have been very pleased. Deliveries have come much quicker than we expected. Customer service reps are pleasant and intelligent. Some of the items we ordered were offered in large, therefore more economical pricepoints than we can find locally. Overall, very positive experience!

Love the cheaper rates. The quick service and I once had product sent to me in the incorrect dosage. The matter was taken care of in just a couple of days and returning the wrong stuff was made almost hassle free for me on my end. excellent. I do wish I could see a catalog with your other items though.

There appeared to be a problem with getting the Rx from our vet, but they took care of it and there was only a slight delay in receiving my order. I really appreciated that as I was traveling and couldn't take care of it myself.

I have been using VetRx for a few months for a compounded thyroid medication and I have been very pleased with the price and the service. Plus those little personal touches, like the yummy treats and the finger cots for applying the medication are awesome! Lee

I had my reservations about ordering with VetRxDirect, their pricing seemed too good to be true, beating out Vet prices and 1800PetMeds. Glad I took the chance, because the whole experiences was simple and flawless. My vet was already in the system making the process that much easier. I placed my order, they contacted my vet for the Px (i didnt want to have to fax it in) and the meds were shipped. Meds came in 2 days, 1 day earlier than anticipated, that was a plus. I highly recommend them for your family pet.
