OUT STANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had trouble with Fed Ex leaving my insulin due to refrigeration. Your customer service rep worked until she was able to get Fed Ex to deliver package that night. Needless to say I was very grateful. This was insulin that I needed for my dog.

Trustworthy
Vet RX Direct has always been extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They become proactive when a medicine requires a prescription from your vet, and they follow up until the transaction is complete. I've been using them for years and have never had a problem, always excellent results. My kitties love the free "treat" they send with their medicine. Don't hesitate to use them for all your pet needs.

Easy, got what I needed no problems.
