I was very pleased with the pricing and producat availability. I just wish that when my vet authorized the rx I would have been notified. I wasn't sure what was happening so I had to get one rx from the vet so that I wouldn't run out. In the future I will just try to plan ahead and order earlier. Once I got the confimation the rx arrived quickly.

The setup process is easy. They confirm the prescription for you. My vet was already in the system, which made me feel good. Delivery is quick. I just need to check that the product is manufactured in a reputable facility. My dog is epileptic and I can't risk giving him a bad product. He has had no seizures since starting the prescription I received from vetrx, but I still need to check. I would recommend them to friends.

I like the fact that the price for my dogs insulin is 39.99. This isn't something that I choose to buy, if I don't get it my poor Gizmo will die from diabetic coma! I am unhappy with the fact that shipping is 14.99. I understand its packed in ice, and has to ship the next day. I just wish I could get medicine/insulin for Gizmo that doesn't cost 60.00! We are a family of 4 and with jobs and hard economic times...letting the dog die isn't an option. So we have to cut the budget elsewhere to get Giz the insulin he needs! The site and customer service people are great! The nicest I have ever dealt with, the price for a necessary item is where I clutch my purse strings.
