The service was good, but it took a week to get order shipped because my Vet wouldn, fax prescription and when I faxed it, I was then notified that this was not acceptable and had to mail Rx. I did receive it today and my dog Lilly really liked the cookie included in the box.

It took a some time to get my order processed. May have been some confusion with locating my Vet's present address.

Although I am not happy about the delay (due to Vet's office, not vetrxdirect), I am happy. I love the treats sent with the order....I plan to use them to train my cat! They made it easier for me to deal with a new reality in our life--meds.

On my last order I added one for my cat and informed your representive that my cat had a different vet and some how she mixed my dog's vet with my cat's vet and submitted the refill on my dog with my cat's vet and my dog's vet with my cat and as a result no vet faxed the refill back and I was not aware of this until I didn't receive my order then called your company to find out what happened. It took several days to get the order right. Then I upgraded the order to overnight and that was not sent out that day. The next day I called and found out the order had not been sent out but was sent out finally on this day. I finally received the order the next day..This all resulted in my dog losing out on her very urgent medicine for 4 days. I have to balance out the excellent service against this mixed up service and will order again and hopefully this will not happen again.

I have been very impressed with the speedy way in which Vet Rx Direct has responded to requests for medications. Only once have they left me wondering and then when I called they shipped the delayed order as priority. On other orders, if the Vet was not signing off, I would get an email and could then contact my vet. Their pricing is very competitive and their web site is very easy to use with volume discounts that help.

Good news - the item I needed (AeroKat inhaler) was on sale! Bad news - when I entered my order onlne, the $10 discount didn't come up. Great news - I called the phone number listed on the site and spoke to an actual human being immediately, who said she would check into the problem and make sure I got the advertised discount. Great customer service!

I have been ordering from VetRx for a long time and not once has there ever been any kind of discount offered to this long standing customer. It would be nice, for once, to maybe get a coupon for free shipping or a % off my order.

You will appreciate the attention you receive from VetRXDirect assistants. Also, I learned about them from my veterinarian in Warrenton VA. He thinks VetRX is a responsible provider of pet meds.
