Although I had problems with trying to do a rather large order online (order wouldn't "send", and some "glitch" happening), I then called your Customer Service.. And, I ended up calling a couple of times to solve everything. However, the people who assisted me were very friendly and helpful. They enabled me to get all of the discounts available to me, and I saved a lot of money. I have used your company probably 4 years now, and I don't ever consider using anyone else to provide me with the medicines I need to care for my pets. You have my complete trust.

I was looking for a way to get cheaper and more convenient ways to get refills on my basset hound's ear medicine. I had never used VetRxDirect before but decided to give it a try. They contacted my vet to deal with the prescription and the order was fulfilled very quickly. Incredibly easy and MUCH less than what I pay for this medication at my Vet. And best yet I didn't have to go to my Vets to get it.

Ordering pet prescriptions online is not a speedy thing, but when my cat runs out of her med, I place an order with VetRxDirect and I know it will be handled carefully and accurately. The delays I encounter are generally due to my vet not authorizing the prescriptions in a timely manner (if your vet is like this, you might want to ask VetRxDirect to call the vet directly for a verbal authorization). The customer service rep who handled my incidents is friendly, efficient, and I can tell she cares.
