Good service once they received the mail them prescription. If your veterinarian does not authorized via email or fax to them, it's a very slow process. My prescription took two weeks to get to them. I don't know what the delay of the mail to their offices but it's earliest now mail. I will use him again, because your prices are good. I now know I have to get my prescriptions at least three weeks before I actually need medicine before my pants.

This is a must have service for pet owners. I have a dog and a cat, and instead of having to get the medicine at the vet, I can get it online! Cannot wait to use it again

I finally found a place to order Vetsulin that charges a fair fee to mail in ice packs, VetRxDirect.com. All the other online veterinary suppliers want you to pay $40 for shipping 1 to 2 day service in appropriate cold container. I paid $20 for the shipping and got it in a day. Only problem was, their computer system did not like my address, it's a mailbox in front of my home, so the order was delayed until they could verify it was a legit address. However, they notified me by email of the problem, but I don't check my email every day so the order was delayed. I asked why they did not call me instead which would have made short work of the problem, but next email said I had put my number in wrong resulting in an extra digit at the end of my number. So why did their system let me put in a number with an extra digit without flagging it when I made my online order and why didn't they just try calling me and dropping the extra digit? Anyway, i ran out of Vetsulin before the order was finalized due to these small problems. Otherwise, good service and products.

Once I remember I need to get a prescription from my vet, the rough spots will be smoothed over (my problem, not theirs). Oh, they also include a treat for your favorite friend with your order.

The product for our dog was unavailable in our area, found the medication on this site. The product is reasonably priced and was delivered in a few days. I do not understand why Vets aren't willing to participate and faxed the prescription to your facility, I had to get a RX and mail it to your company. Crazy!
