Always fast service. Best prices, reasonable or free shipping. And even add a little treat to each order. Even if all things were the same from another retailer, I'd choose VetRxDirect for the doggy treat. I also love they keep track of which pet I'm ordering what for. I have three dogs and it could be confusing, but they make it a breeze.

I ordered some prescription ear medicine for one of my dogs. I included the vets information. Vetrxdirect contacted the vet and took care of everything. I received exactly the product I ordered at a cheaper price than the vet charged. Plus I avoided having to go to the vet as and pay for a doctor's visit which would have been even more expensive. All in all a good experience.

I have a dog with cancer and treatment can be expensive but by ordering on vetdirect I have been able to pay for the meds and know my dog is getting the best treatment.

My dog is thirteen years old, and has issues with arthritis. This product is the best I have used for her, most cost effective, and she thinks she's getting a treat! I just wish it was easier to find coupons for repeat orders :(. All in all, a great product! Donna
