I'm very happy with the service I received and the price is definitely right! The only issue I have is that the bottles are not full. May have been a fluke, I will find out next time.

Order came quickly with no issues. I was happy to finally find urine away in a gallon size.

Was needing some prescription eye meds for my dog. This was my first experience with Vetrx. The shipping was a little slower than I had anticipated but an excellent choice for routine pet meds.

It is a supplement to help arthritic joints. I hoped to fine it in liver flavor to no avail so am trying it, I assume, unflavored. Will shortly find out if my dog is as willing to take it as she has been with the liver flavored which I got at my veterinarian's clinic for a markedly higher price.

I ordered a refill on a prescirption for my cat on a Thursday and received it a week later with regular shipping, and was satisfied with the response time. However, it was not updated on the website. I was anxious about getting it in time and checked the website daily for info on when I would receive it, but it kept saying "waiting for shipment". I had to e-mail customer service to find out what the delay was, and was told it was already enroute. Their response was very quick, and overall I am extremely pleased with their service.

No sooner had I asked my vet to fax a prescription to this online store, I found a better deal. Not by a stretch, but still lesser. I was in a crunch to get my dog's meds, and didn't want to extend things any further by asking vet to send to cheaper place, so simply proceeded with this order. Before I finalized and paid, I had to call the 1-800 # and was very pleased with the customer support and assistance. That does mean something in the times you have to call. As soon as everything was squared away, I got my order in no time at all. Perhaps 4 business days. Pretty fast. Enclosed was a sweet treat for my lil fur baby. Also a sweet business sentiment. I am not sure I'll use this service again. It's really based on saving as much as I can. Still, for this one time-I was pretty pleased. Thanks!!
