Great price, and a wide selection of options. Beyond that I have found the customer service personnel tremendous. Their was a slight communication breakdown between my vet and VetRxDirect, and I asked for help. First thing I liked was a very fast response from Tyler, a great communicator from my perspective. He “problem solved” the issue and stayed with it till complete. That meant a great deal to me !

I'm only going 4 stars right now but hoping for more when I get my medicine for my Dog. Kylie could not have been more helpful ,she answered all my questions and helped me step by step with my order. Because of her helpfulness I even ordered more! This will be the best thing that has happened since my 8yr old dog has become ill.

I was paying 40 for a few ounces of my pet’s phosphate binder. Then found it here. I was able to buy a lot much cheaper. So that it will last me awhile instead of running out fast. In the past I also found a joint medicine that my vet was out of. The vet gave me a prescription for in case I could find it. It went through this site quickly. When I had used another company in the past it took them awhile to verify the prescription and send it so I am happy with the fast service here. Know I can get meds cheaper now it will be easier to give all my pets the best.

I had ordered a RX online after getting a shock from my Vet's price. I was quite pleased to find that the same RX would be about half the price from VetRXDirect. I followed the instructions, and did my part to get the order started, but when I hadn't gotten a confirmation online after a couple days, I called customer service. The gal I talked to went to work to track down what had transpired since I placed the order. She found that they were waiting for an okay from my veterinarian. I then called my vet to find out why they hadn't responded to the RX request, and I was told that they had responded - 2 days earlier. After my findings the customer service rep then resent the request to my vet and the order was approved. It took a whole week to get the RX to my door, when it's typically a few days, but I have to say the customer service dept was excellent in getting the issue taken care of. I will order from VetRXDirect again.

Sent 2 new scripts - took 4 days for them to acknowledge receiving it. This seemed odd since I took it directly to the post office to mail from NY to Iowa. Sent me email - told me that they were processing it. When I didn't get an email sending me the tracking # - I called. They were having email notification problems - but the package was sent and was expected within another 2 days. Turnaround time was not great considering I was waiting for thyroid medication and didn't want to be without. (I had already "over-paid" the vet for an extra 10 days of meds to hold us over until this VetRx order would arrive.) They are very sweet people on the phone...just frustrating not knowing how long before meds will arrive. Was told that in the future - if I order they will contact vet for refills. Hopefully, this expedites the process. Prices are better than the vet - so I will give them another try.

I had priced around for my dog Rangers medication he is a large dog and that's required a lot of medication in quantity and dosage so it was important for me to obtain the lowest price. I found that the service was half the cost of all the other services!! which was very remarkable and then to add free shipping and that they would deal directly with my doctors office. I receive the medication fairly quickly, however the medication was a tablet and came in a very large container that was not back packaged with cotton so the pills were rattling around in the pill bottle from transportation from Illinois to Pennsylvania. There was a lot of pill residue on the container inside of it and I did take time to call customer service and explain to them that I think that they should be using cotton on all of their packaging. The customer service representative indicated that she will make a note on my file that going forward all refills will be packed with cotton. I would recommend everyone ask at the time of their ordering that they have cotton packed in there pill bottle to hold the shipment secure in transit

The toothpaste I ordered was well packaged and shipped promptly.
