I ordered the medicine the same day the Vet gave me the results of my dog's lab report. I thought the delivery would have taken at most three days, but it took a couple of weeks. Vet did not get called to get okay for the processing of the medicine that day or the next. Thank goodness my dog was not seriously ill and depending on the medicine to survive. The cost of animal medicines is expensive regardless, but having to wait two or more weeks is really too long to wait for any medicine.

The order took much longer than I expected. The bottle, while it had not appeared to leak was sticky.

The items got to us in amazing speed. The only problem was that the two bottles that we ordered were leaking slightly. The box that they were mailed in was very oily from the product.

I received my order today which normally Iisit no issues. Whether it was my error or not I don't have any idea. I called customer service requesting liquid versus a capsule. The dogs that take the liquid are Cavalier King Charles spaniel. So large capsules are too big. I wanted to exchange the capsule for liquid. I was informed to return them with a 10 per cent stocking fee and to reorder the liquid. The restock fee is my heartburn. Where is the customer service?????

They faxed my vet for the prescription which my vet faxed back the same day. However, they never updated my order so my rabbit went a few days without it's meds. I anticipate things to go smoother from now on.

We don't generally have problems when they are processing a refill, but if a prescription needs to be renewed or something is changed, they will repeatedly tell you they haven't received information from the vet, even though more than once I was actually standing in the vet's office when they sent the fax.

I ordered, didn't receive a response until my next email a week or more later. I thought delay was due to prescription, but they didn't have appropriate drug. They called, apologized and mailed meds out next day. I will order again, hopefully things go better the second time. The prices are much better than at our dog allergist. They took care of the problem.

The Veterinary Neurologist who oversees Eddie's care & medication has him on Ursodiol 150 mg every 24 hours. The only place I have found it in the US is Vetrxdirect.com. The only complaint I have is how long it takes to get it. I guess I'll have to order sooner.
