Order was shipped promptly. However, when I had to call in with questions I was put on hold now going on 20 minutes. I did not want to hang up & try again so as not to lose my place in line. Totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Erna Zelic

I received a confirmation once I placed the order . Vetrx did not contact me by email or phone to update the order processing , shipping, order status. Did not contact the vet in a timely manner. My dog was without her meds too long. I had to contact customer service to get a tracking number. Pooooor

Since it was a prescription they had to contact my vet which I provided the information for. Took a week for them To email and say my vet wasn't answering fax. I called vet and they hadn't gotten anything. Took over 2 weeks to finally have them pick up the phone to call and talk to the vet and get it figured out. Then I asked for it to be expedited since it took so long and of course they charged me. If you don't need a prescription I'm sure it's fine. But it was a pain!

I thought I was getting a bargain for my Prednisolone Acetate for $60, where it is $124 at costco, but it turns out that I got 5 ml for $60 whereas I get 15 ml. I am disappointed.

I ordered my dogs antibotics ($100++) then I tried to call them regarding when could they ship as I needed the as soon as possible. I went into an automated on hold 3 times during the day (they were open) and all three time I had to hangup after 30+ minutes of being on hold with NO ability to talk to a human. Unable to contact anyone by phone (middle of week during business hours)

THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMPETITIVE AND THE SHIPPING TIME SOULD HAVE BEEN SOONER THAN IT WAS BASED UPON THE DATE THEY CONFIRMED THE ACTUAL ORDER.

I ordered my pet's medication on the 13th. VetDirect said they shipped it on the 19th and it is now the 27th (2 weeks from order date), and I still have not received the medication. FedEx tracking did not verify the stated shipment date.

MY DEAR FRIEND, I HAD PLACED AN ORDER WITH VETRXDIRECT FOR- PALLADIA -WHICH IS A DRUG TO COMBAT CANCER FOR DOGS. THE DRUG - PILLS- IS VERY COSTLY HOWEVER VETRXDIRECT HAD THE BEST PRICE. I PLACED MY ORDER ON A THURSDAY IN THE AM. WHEN I CHECKED ON FRIDAY THE SITE SAID WAITING FOR VERIFICATION FROM THE VET. ON MONDAY I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATIONS CONCERNING MY ORDER. I THEN PLACED A A CALL TO VET DIRECT REQUESTING WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD WAITING FOR THE VET. I CALLED THE VET'S OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD INDEED FAX A PRESCRIPTION TO VETDIRECT. I AGAIN CALLED BACK VETDIRECT AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER I HAD PLACED WAS FOR TWO DIFFERENT PALLADIA PILLS IN MG. .I SAID IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT ON THE VETS OFFICE. I WAS TOLD THAT VETDIRECT WOULD FAX THEM FOR THE SECOND HALF. ON TUESDAY I CALLED BACK THE VET'S OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THEY FAXS THE SECOND REQUEST.I CALLED VETDIRECT BACK TO INFORM THEM . I WAS TOLD AT FIRST THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE FAX, AFTER PLACING ME ON HOLD I WAS TOLD THEY DID RECEIVE THE FACTS AND IT WOULD BE SENT OUT WITH THE FIRST PRESCRIPTION THAT AFTERNOON.NEXT DAY I CALLED BACK TO SEE IF IT WAS SENT OUT AND TOLD NO BECAUSE MY ORDER HAD TO TAKE A BACK SEAT SINCE THEY HAD ORDERS THAT CAME IN OVER THE WEEKEND BUT IT WOULD GO OUT TODAY. I DID RECEIVED BOTH PILLS VERY QUICKLY BY FIRST CLASS, AND I WAS HAPPY AND MADE A BETTER DAY FOR MY COMPANION WHO WAS WAITING FOR HER PILLS. I WOULD ATTEMPT TO REORDER FROM VETRXDIRECT AND SEE HOR MY NEXT EXPERIENCE WILL BE. THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
