Problem free
Fast service and easy transaction. I've been using VetRXDirect for a year or two now and will continue. Once my account was set up, reordering is super easy!

Two Paws up!
My experience with this company was very good. Good price although I would have preferred less shipping cost. Had to talk with customer service as my vet. did not receive the prescription request, (even though it had been sent). They were very helpful and attentive. We got the prescription and my product was sent right away.

Great!
I have always used 1-800-Pet Meds, but they didn't carry the new eye medication prescribed for Teddy. VetRx did, so I will probably use them for everything from now on.

Very satisfied with the customer service!!!!
I will continue to use VetRX. They were very responsive and communicated frequently with me when trying to obtain communication from my vet concerning my dogs prescription. Very personable and I appreciate that. Once they recieved the information I received the order very quickly. Would highly recommend them.
