I was very satisfied with both the service and product delivered.

We were pleased with the pricing of our pup's prescription (including the shipping) and the actual time it took to be delivered to us. Our only issue was that the whole process was delayed over the course of several days because we were first time customers and needed to provide them with our credit card number. VetRxDirect called us once our vet submitted the prescription to obtain this information, but they called via a phone that did blocked it's identifying information. As a result, when they reached our phone number, we have it set up to refuse calls from unidentified sources. So we never received the call; it took my calling them when we hadn't heard from them in order to see what was going on with our prescription and to ultimately provide the credit card number. This could have all been avoided had an identifying phone number/phone been used. Although this delay did not effect our pup's treatment, the delay could be crucial to other customers' pets needs for treatment. This should be remedied right away in my opinion.

My cat Belle is on Lactulose for the rest of her life and I was a little worried when her prescription ran low. There was a bit of a complication, because the prescription from the vet was late in arriving. I called them up and they upgraded my shipping and I had the medication the next day. Excellent service from them and I will be using their site again.
