The item came in a very efficient package with no waste. Only concern is that there were no instructions with it although I think I figured it out.

I was looking for a website that catered to cats specifically and asthma related issues. I found vetrxdirect. I asked a lot of questions and I have to say that they answered each one in a timely manner. ordering was easy as they fax everything to your vet for approval and then send it out. One issue I was not pleased with was when I contacted vetrxdirect and requested to speak with a pharmacist, I was told they were busy and someone would call me back. that never happened. also, vetrxdirect won't specifically recommend a particular medication for your pet, they want your vet to do that. in my case, my vet had no experience whatsoever in using, or prescribing an inhaler for my cat. I expected vetrxdirect to help more in that aspect since they are PHARMACISTS. they should know or be able to talk with a customer/or veterinarian, and prescribe what they think is best. most veternarians are not aware of inhalers for pets or how to prescribe one.

I am very pleased with the service and the company. Improvement needs to be made in tracking the shipment. I would appreciate it if tracking the package was made easier.

I have used VetRXDirect and they have always been professional and gone out of there way to help us get our Epiliptic dog Teddy get his medicine. I highly recommend them.

Our Old English Mastiff has two strains of MRSA we've been battling for over a year. All her medications were available on VetRx which could *not* all be found on either Foster-Smith or PetMeds. I'd previously contacted my vet, who was just waiting for the call from VetRx. (Switching to VetRx saved us $32 a tube of one, and $26 on another, amounting to a savings of nearly $300 a month!) We paid for 2-day shipping. On their site, the company says that orders are usually processed within a couple days. I placed the order well in time so that we would not run out. Our vet faxed the prescriptions that night, and within 2 days, was told the order had been sent to shipping. All in all, it took ten days for "shipping" to even mail out the package. Holiday business was not a factor, since the order was placed well before Thanksgiving. I can't beat the prices here, but I wish they'd either be more upfront about the true length of time expected (we are talking medications here for many, if not most of their orders) or have at least notified me of a reason for the delay. We unfortunately had a two-day gap that was extremely inconvenient for us, and didn't make our puppus feel so great either. All in all, ordering's a breeze and pricing's good, so I'll keep coming back. I'll just try to allow a couple weeks lag time instead. But if anyone from VetRx reads this, please straighten out this bobble in your packing/shipping line.

Had a bit of a hiccough getting the prescription to them, once my vet got the contact right everything flew by. Recommended.

ordered ear wash for a dog. better selection and price as compared to 1800petmeds. only thing to improve was that so much tape was used on the nozzels that did not need to be taped.

I haven't received my order yet. The prices are very nice.
