Great experience. Helped increase amount of medication when I entered wrong amount. This increased the total purchase. I did have to call back to get a discount for the larger purchase instead of it being done automatically. But once I brought it to your attention, the larger discount was given with no problems!

Easy order, good price and fast delivery. My ringer solution arriived, but was slushy when I found it outside my door. I am not sure if it is still ok to use or if the sub zero temp altered it. I think it would be a good idea for them to check what area of the country it is being shipped to before they ship it and attach a note verifying the product will still be ok. Also, I've ordered many times and I have NEVER had any kind of coupon or discount.

Once I got the procedure for the prescription worked out ( I had the wrong dose for the medication and vetrxdirect inserted a wrong fax number) things went smoothly. Their prices are helpful when you have a pet(s) on meds for a chronic condition.

The site has a lot of prescription products especially, as the name implies. It does a good job of handling the information capture for products which require a prescription. I was purchasing flea/tick products which were non-Rx. I would have liked to have seen: 1) better distinguishing of prescription-required products in the search results (it is apparent in the individual product pages once a single product is selected, but not before). 2) more non-prescription products available 3) a filter for Rx vs. non-Rx. If I have an Rx, I know what I'm looking for. I found it hard to find (and distinguish) non-Rx products when looking for filler to meet the free shipping / coupon threshold.

Product reduces the amount of hair left on our home's floor, but the amount of hair in brushing the dog is not reduced. I am grateful for any help in reducing the amount of hair throughout our home, but the product is definitely not a panacea.
