I called b/c after receiving the item I just purchased, the seal on it was broken and I asked about the color of the contents. The representative, after putting me on hold for a second, said it was not worth taking a chance and said she would send me a replacement and to return what I had. I was very appreciative b/c it shows that your company cares about my pet and their welfare. Not to mention, how the company was willing to replace the item. I am grateful that there is still a company out there where the customer is important.

The shipping was a little pricey, but that cannot be helped when the item had to be shipped overnight as well as it had to be kept cool in a little cooler with ice packs. I had a good experience and will certainly use VetRxDirect again. As well I would recommend to everyone.
