Found a great website for my pets needs. The prices are better than other sites and I get my items quickly.

Except for the fact that I would have preferred home delivery via UPS rather than USPS (where I have to pick up all mail at my post office, since they don't offer home delivery in my town), customer service was great. However, I purchased this product with the thinking that most vitamin products do provide a month's supply. However, on further inspection, for my dog who weighs about 60 pounds, there was enough product for 2 days. So, for a month's supply, it would require 15 of the 2-ounce bottles at about $11 each. This is way too expensive for a vitamin. I will just feed my dog a vitamin "pill" and supplement with liver.

They got the information for my vet and contacted them to get the prescription and answered all of my questions for me too.

Courteous postcard note of personal "Thank you" with thoughtfully, sealed dog cookie treat enclosed with order. :p My pets loved their DVM Daily chews! --And prized their chew likening a savored, given treat. (Returned due to changing health needs of my senior Goldens.) Likewise return process was simple; quick--refund issued upon delivery return; refund issued and credited within 5 days. CON: Having to pay return S&H: reason rating short a star.

Never had a problem with this company and they seem to take pride in their service and treat me as an individual. Very prompt in answering questions and letting me know when my prescription needs an update from the doctor.

Prescription flea medication 27% cheaper than my vet. Arrived a week after order date, including 2 days vet contact/response time, and 4 days shipping from Iowa to LA via USPS. Probably could have arrived a day sooner if it hadn't been a Sunday. I'm satisfied.
