I was ordering more solution for my Siamese that has kidney disease. I ordered two bags of fluid and needles. I wasn't paying attention and placed an order for one needle. I got a call from customer service inquiring whether I meant to order only one needle. They were able to update the order with the correct number of needles. This call saved me from having to place another order and paying for the delivery fee. One other note. Their prices are really reasonable compare to my Vet, even with delivery fee. Thanks VetRXDirect.
