Scripts are filled fast and shipped quickly. When I contact with any issues, they are very helpful. Only downside is, out of stock takes awhile and I have to use another site. But I would recommend Vetrxdirect 100%!

VetRxDirect was on top of my order, it was my vet that dragged their feet. VetRxDirect was patient as I tried to work with my vet on our order and it was eventually worked out. The shipping was FAST. I am very impressed with this company and will buy from them again.

I got an email that my vet had not sent the prescription so I called my vet and they did so right away. Several more days and an email to vetrxdirect before I heard they had received it. I was almost out of meds by then - and was out before the prescription arrived. I'll use them again for sure - just wish for additional follow-up and/or quicker response to emails.

The order came quickly and was correct. I thought I had ordered the chews, but on checking the order, I realized I had selected the tablets.
