I ordered for the first time because of cost -- much less expensive than either my vet or the local pharmacy -- and I live in a big metropolitan area where I have choices. The site said it would take 8 - 10 business days for delivery and it took TWO! The order was exactly as described, sent, early, for the right price. What's not to love?

Thank you for providing good products at reasonable prices with prompt service. Our pets are family members, so it's great to have better options for buying pet meds and health supplies for them. The only improvement would be to offer PayPal as a payment option for added safety for your customers. All in all , I'm pleased and plan to order from you again in the future. Thanks much!
