Would definitely recommend this place to order pet supplies. They are very helpful and friendly over the phone, and was able to transfer a prescription without any hassles. Also saved money by ordering from here. Will definitely be ordering again when refills run out.

I can recommend VetRxDirect without any reservation knowing you will get the same service I always get, time after time. I consider my pet to be a member of my family deserving the same kind of First Class care that my children and grandchildren receive and with VetRxDirect that is what I receive !

Placed my order without any problems and it shipped a few days later. Couldn't be happier with their service.

The ordering process was very easy, and VetRxDirect contacted my vet immediately after I placed my order. I got my cat's prescription within 2 days. It was packed well and shipped cold. The prices are far cheaper than my pharmacy could get, and VetRxDirect may be faster as well. I highly recommend this company!!

First time to order from VetRX and they faxed to my vet same day (Monday) as I placed my order. Vet staff assured me they would sign and return the same day. Several days later, received an email from VetRX to let me know they received no response from vet office. When I called VetRX on Saturday morning, they still had not received. Called the vet: "the vet tech must have misplaced the Rx." I made several calls back and forth between VetRX and vet office. VetRX refaxed, Vet office got it signed and faxed before 12:00 PM (customer service closing). Codie (spelling?) at VetRX upgraded to 2-day shipping, no extra charge (I had paid for 3-5 shipping), even though they were not at fault. I received the Iverheart in time to stay "in window" for my Scruffy. I am VERY impressed and will definitely place future Rx orders with VetRX ... but I won't wait until the last minute! p.s. They didn't even charge my VISA until AFTER I had received my order.

They have a full line of pet supplies at reasonable prices.

I order my pet's meds from VetRxDirect and cost is considerably less than if I purchase them from my vet. Quick and easy, delivery time has been just a few days each time I've used them. I also receive a handwritten card thanking me for the order and a treat for my dog. A nice touch indeed!
