I loved the regular email updates you sent as you processed the order and contacted my veterinarian regarding the verification of my dogs prescription. I prefer to know the status of all orders that I place online, and you met that requirement perfectly. Thank you for taking care of my order so promptly.

I ordered Revolution for my cat, and I forgot to provide the fax number of my vet. I emailed them and they promptly responded. Once the authorization was received, they shipped the product quickly, and I received it within a couple of days. You cannot beat that type of service! I recommend VetRXDirect!

It was a pleasure to work with Erica on this order. The price was the lowest I found including the coupon code. Also, the staff was prompt to answer the phone and helpful and knowledgeable. The item was shipped immediately and got to me in Virginia in 3 days!!! Thanks for making it more affordable to welcome our new puppy into our family!

The pricing for 2 out of 3 of the products needed were better priced than getting the same products from my vet. Unfortunately you do not sell the third product. I am very hopeful that you will be adding it to your inventory.

When my package arrived, I thought it can't be my Vet Rx order, who else have I ordered something from? It was only 2-3 days since I had emailed my order. But, alas, it was from Vet Rx. What service! Tee-totally satisfied!
