I found they had one of the best prices on the internet for the medication my cat needed. When an issue arose with the prescription, they contacted me right away to have it addressed. Saved me money by pointing out that the medication would expire before being fully used the way it was prescribed. So all around an excellent experience.

I am always leery of trying a new website for various reasons. VetRxDirect's website was easy to navigate and made my experience with them quick and easy. I was thankful that they had what I needed as it wasn't something that was that easy to find, at least not for me. They were quick in processing my order and I received it in good shape and in a timely manner. I will definitely order from them again.

Super easy transaction. Shipped my items right away. Included a hand written thank you card with a free sample of a dog treat for my little buddy. That meant alot to me. Thanks!

Very please with the cost of the vitamins (have paid a lot more at a store) and the service was quick. Will definitely use them again.

This is not our first time to buy from them. We have never had any problems. Not much else to say.
