I didn't get my refund after my vet declined the Rx
Response from VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyNov 26, 2013
Customer, When a vet declines a prescription, we send an email to the customer either stating the reason for the decline or telling the customer to get in contact with their vet to find out the reason. We then tell the customer to contact us to let us know what to do regarding their order, i.e. cancel the order or leave it until they see their vet. We do not automatically cancel orders. After 30 days of the order being active the pre-authorization charge put on your card will fall off. If you did not tell us to cancel your order, it is still active even if your vet declined the prescription request. Please contact customer service if you need to cancel the order. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect
