VetRx Direct has been outstanding in getting my prescriptions filled for my diabetic dog. They reached out to my vet directly for a prescription even though I had one in the mail to them, and they emailed me personally with an updated status on the prescription and order. A different order I placed in the morning and the medication was on its way to me later that day, even with needing to receive a faxed prescription from another vet. I have used VetRx many times over the last couple of years. Twice now, I've had issues with compounded medicines for my cat. One time was during the Kincaid fire when the "supposed to be refrigerated" Rx was delayed and got warm. I voiced my concern and VetRx took super good care of me! Another time, just recently, I had an issue with another compounded medicine. I voiced my concern to VetRx. They researched my stated issue and responded with a detailed explanation that was kind, articulate and addressed the concern. Then, they went above and beyond by remaking the medicine and re-shipping, overnight, at no cost. I am very impressed with VetRx's amazing and thoughtful customer service! I cannot say enough good things that convey my happiness with this business. My dog has a genetic disorder and requires several products that I either have not been able to find elsewhere or else they are heavily marked up. Thanks to VetRx I have been able to reliably get a hold of both her special ear cleaner and topical steroid cream without having to pay through the nose. They have great customer service as well and immediately fixed their error when they shipped me the wrong product by mistake. My dog is also a big fan, as every order from them comes with a complimentary dog cookie.

They do a great job and their customer service is fast and human. And their prices are very good, too.
