Got the survey but not the product
I received the email asking for this review but it has been 17 days and no product. The website shows the order as being in compounding. There have been holidays, but... The rating scale seems odd. No one from the company has been "rude" but it's hard to rate the experience as anything other than one star.

Very poor!
My friend, You have let me down badly. My order arrived broken and leaking from the packaging. Of course, it also arrived late. I blame the weather and FedEx for that BUT I blame you for not wrapping my package properly.

Mr. Nolan, We do strive to do everything possible to accommodate our customers. We do take into consideration things that could affect the shipment of packages such as weather but unfortunately there are times that it is out of our control. If there is an issue when receiving an order that is damaged, we want to make it right with the customer. The order has not yet arrrived.
It's taking a long time to arrive. Last I checked, on Dec 19, it was in Iowa. This is the 23rd, still no more info, no delivery.

Completely incompetent service from beginning to the end
I am not sure how this company stays in business. From the very first contact when my vet's office had to fax the prescription to this company 4 times in 2 days until their last incredibly dangerous act of incompetence I have never worked with a company so lacking in customer service and quality control measures. The final straw occurred when my critically important package of insulin for my diabetic dog arrived at my home with the wrong name, address, dog's name, dosing instructions etc. I pray that the person who received my dog's order did not give their dog an incorrect/lethal dose of insulin. Unacceptable service throughout.

I'm still waiting for delivery!!!!! Can't say noting about. Just after I revive my order.... Going to be more den 2 weeks I place the order!!!

HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS????????
How can you send a review survey out, when the products haven't been delivered. I purchase the products online on November 22, 2013 and have yet to receive them. I wouldn't label this experience as being very satisfactory. Supposedly, I am scheduled to receive the products ordered on December 5, 2013. So for those ordering from this company, plan on waiting awhile for your purchases. I think the customer satisfaction survey is somewhat premature.

SFrench, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience with VetRxDirect. The emails for the survey are sent once your order is shipped. Your order was placed on a Friday and we do not ship anything out over the weekend which is stated on our website. The earliest your order would have shipped would have been the following Monday and because of the holiday, packages were slowed down.
