Thank you for giving our product a try and for giving us your feedback as well. Looking into your order information, we do see that this was a recent purchase and that the product has only been given for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately, homeopathic medicines do take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding positively, which is why we do encourage our customers to give our product a minimum of 30 days with regular dosing as directed. For most pet owners, improvements were noticed between the 2 week mark through the first full 30 days, with regular dosing per weight range. We do hope that you continue to administer the product and that you keep us posted on your Harley's progress. Good Morning Annette. We are sorry to hear that you have yet to notice any improvement in your dogs symptoms. We do encourage our customers to give our product at least 30 days of regular dosing as directed as our products are natural, homeopathic medicines. Typically, when dealing with this type of product, it can take time to build up the system before the body will begin responding. For most pet owners, it has been between the 2 week mark through the first full 30 days with regular use before they noticed any relief for the cat or dog.
