out beloved cat Misty is going on in age and she seemed to have trouble getting up on the couch with several attempts. Now she jumps up to join me for a little TLC and it's all good. This medicine does the trick and i have reordered several so I never run out.

VETiONX has been wonderful to work with. They have offers to fit our budget and lifestyle with the auto-ship program. Our dog also enjoys their products.

I had stopped it for a little while and he did seem to itch more. He's a pit bull with skin issues!

Dear Denise, Thank you for your feedback in regards to our products. We are glad to hear that the Derma-Ionx is working for your dog. Depending on her weight you can double the dosage if needed by giving her one dosage in the morning and another one in the evening. Also, our vet Dr. Char recommends giving digestive enzymes with each meal, probiotics and a fish oil supplement daily. Derma-Ionx will have a synergistic effect and help the body better utilize the other supplements. It also helps to avoid water containing chlorine or fluoride for drinking or bathing and to introduce a grain free diet. Please keep us updated on how your dog is doing. With best wishes Your Vetionx Team

My Ruth cat has arthritis and has been walking much better and pouncing on lizards with much more zest since I started giving her VETionx. I put it in her canned food every morning with a little water and she never knows it is in there. Glad I discovered this wonderful remedy!

Ruth
We used all of the product on our lab and it just didn't do the job. We had to take her back to the vet and we got more medicine for her hot spots. They also put her on antibiotics and she is on the mend.

Dear Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your dog is still struggling. Our records show that you received the product about 3 weeks ago, in some cases this is not enough time. Derma-Ionx is a homeopathic product, homeopathics need time to be effective and work different for each body, some patients see faster results than others. Homeopathic products are safe to use but require consistency and unfortunately a little bit of patience. The product helps to cleanse and hydrate the cells, which provides relief and the homeopathic ingredients stimulate the body's repair mechanisms. It works to reduce inflammation, but it takes time for the product to work depending on how severe the skin problem is. Derma-Ionx should be given orally and also applied directly onto the skin. For easier application we use the small plastic spray bottle that comes with the product. The affected areas should be sprayed twice a day. For pet health questions we offer an "Ask our Vet" option available through our website at: www.vetionx.com/ask-our-vet-form.php Here you can post questions directly to a licensed Veterinarian - free of charge. Dr. Char will respond between 24 and 48 hours to any pet health questions or concerns you might have. All first time customers are eligible for a refund after 30 days and up to 60 days from the day of purchase. Please call our customer service line at 866-977-0888 for a return authorization number if you are still not satisfied after using the product for at least 30 and up to 60 days. Please let us know how else we can help. With best wishes The Vetionx Team

My package got shipped back to the company due to a problem with the address. I will gladly take the blame though I'm pretty sure the blame actually falls on the postal service. Anyway, even though I'm sure they probably had to pay a second shipping fee they never once even mentioned wanting more money and the person I worked with, Petra, was extremely kind. I can't speak to the product as I am just starting to use it, but the quality of customer service would certainly make me a repeat customer.

Daniel
I was told by my vet that my 2yr 7 month dobie clyde would always be in pain and would have serious trouble getting up and getting about when he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and arthritis in his hips , back legs and knees , to be honest at the time he did seem in a bit of a bad way but I refused to give up and stop giving him a good dogs life so I started hunting around for something that may ease the pain and maybe even help with the condition - that was when I found arthroionx and ordered some to try - boy I have never looked back since - clyde is just over 7 now and is still running about like a puppy he has been out for at least 1long walk everyday (most days twice) since he has been taking it - I now have my female dobie bonnie (same age) on it aswell now as she has developed arthritis aswell now so i give them 5ml per day along with a couple of scoops of flex green lipped mussel powder and they still both run about like the nutters they are - people do not believe me when I tell them bonnie & clydes age and their problems with their legs - ive been buying it for about nearly 5 years and will continue to buy it as long as I have the dogs - thanks so so much vetionx this stuff really is magic as far as im concerned
