I noticed the difference after 2 weeks of giving Pinky the dose twice daily. He was starting to move more and even hop a little! I highly advice that if you try it for your pet and see a difference, Don't stop! Unfortunately, I ran out and didn't order soon enough and Pinky's mobility got worse. I got more now, and I'm praying it can help him to get where he was when I first gave it to him.

Could not use this product.
There is no problem with your product. It's just my dog's doctor told me not to use your product, because of the meds that my dog is taking.

We are sad to hear that your vet would discourage you to try a natural homeopathic product.
Homeopathy works for some but not all. We have been able to help a lot of pets that would have been euthanized because they failed to respond to conventional medicine. Having all tools available can give the best outcome. We are very thankful for homeopathy. If it didn't work it would not still be around after two hundred years. We hope your vet will reconsider.

Refund policy is not what it implies.
I was hoping this product would work on my cat, as she is in alot of pain. Unfortunately, after following instructions, it has not made any difference in her pain and ability to walk. I am deeply disappointed in this product.
I did not contact Vetionx directly, so I cannot give you any input on their customer service. However, their website promises a refund if you are not satisfied with the product, but only if you purchase 2 bottles. Since I saw absolutely no improvement with the first bottle, I was not willing to spend an additional $45.00 to see if it would help. I'd rather spend the money taking her to the vet to see what they can do to help her.

Like any medicine, what may work for one pet may not work for another, which is why we offer the 60 day return on first orders only. With Homeopathic and natural medicines it may take more time to work too, depending on several factors; age of pet, breed, severity of health issue, and more.
You misread our return policy, here is a "snippet" from our return policy on our website.
"Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed for a single pet for up to 60 days use of product. Therefore, only two (2) bottles of your product can be opened to be eligible for a refund. All other bottles of the same product must be in the factory-sealed container (resalable condition) to be eligible for a refund. The unit price of any non-resalable bottles (over the two allowed) will be deducted from your refund amount."

I have been giving this to my two dogs by putting it in their water
