Homeopathic products need time to work, and sometimes a couple of weeks is not enough time to get good results. We really hope you give it more time. What type of skin issue are you using the shampoo for? How many times a week are you using it? How long are you leaving it on each time? Scroll down and click on the tab that says "Ingredients" under the ORDER NOW (BIG ORANGE BAR) - the ingredients are in Latin (per the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS)). Our concern is you are already through 1 bottle in two weeks. 1 Bottle for a dog under 90 lbs should last 30 plus days. How are you administering the product? Good Day Wendy~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We looked up your account and see that you placed your order via the website. When you entered your address you entered your street address where the CITY should go. Unfortunately, we are not set up to catch errors our customers make via placing their own order through our website. The reason that the shipping/handling charges were not refunded was due to an error via the customer, not us. Our product quality is fantastic, as our customer reviews speak for themselves. Like any product what may work for one may not work for another which is why we offer a 60 day return policy on FIRST orders as well.
