We closed on our house yesterday! We are so grateful for Brent and Lois. They were so amazing, fast, and professional. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for our awesome rate. We will definitely use you all again in the future.

Brent and Lois were friendly, efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. Process took less time than expected, and Brent was able to secure a super rate. I will be able to pay off my loan much more quickly as a result of their assistance. Gloria S.

Brent and Mrs Lois were incredible! Extremely fast, extremly responsive in every aspect of the process start to finish! They gave perfect advise and got us an amazing rate. The most sincere and genuine people that you can find. They were a blessing! Jason Hash USMC

I worked with Veteran Loans for a refi and Brent was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He’s very prompt with responses, forthcoming with information and patient when you have screaming kids in the background. Would highly recommend.🥰

My refinance only took a little over 5 weeks to complete, primarily due the work of my loan officer - Brent Martin. Brent help me through the process and kept me informed of the status of the loan request. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

Great service and very helpful, Amber and Patrick were great.

The service my wife and I received from our associates, Amber and Abigail was outstanding. They had quick and solid answers to every question, and responded to every inquiry in a quick and efficient manner. When a difficulty did arise, they had logical explanations, and provided solutions that were understandable. As stated, the associates that we dealt with were professional and a pleasure to work with. Personally, I have some problems with the groundwork of the overall organization in as much as I felt completely mislead by the advertising on TV. that stated these loans could be finalized with no appraisal or out of pocket costs. This was not true, and once explained by the competent associates, somewhat acceptable. Overall we give our experience with the folks that led us through the steps to attain our refinance was above reproach and enjoyable - a true five star plus performance by Abigail and Amber. I am bothered about the things that were beyond their control.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a lender. Easiest, fastest, star all the way!!!
