I spoke with Brent after inquiring about a veterans refinance loan, but was a little skeptical. Then I spoke to a competitor someone recommended and wasn't impressed. So decided to go with my gut feeling and give Brent the opportunity. He said he could do better for me and he certainly did. Brent and Lois Martin were a great team to work with. They were there every step of the way with me. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I made a random inquiry to Veterans Loans after having had terrible customer service with a competitor. Best thing I could have done. Brent and Lois held my hand and communicated with me even more than I expected. This is how a to refinance experience should go down. I had a bit of a challenge after a forbearance but we got the rate and terms as promised.

I am so grateful to Brent and Lois Martin for getting me through the refinancing process, oh so ever promptly, as well as stress-free. They didn't realize how refinancing had been nagging me for a year prior, which truthfully gave me anxiety. Also, I received no kidding, at least 25 letters from potential companies to come on board to refinance; however, I couldn't get it completed.
