The end result was fantastic! We have refinanced our home mortgage with a very, very low interest rate. Our primary objectives were met. The people we worked with were just exceptional. However, the level of detail required was both unwarranted and irritating. I spent hours gathering meaningless detailed information and the only reason given for requiring this "stuff" was a completely illogical explanation that it's required by the VA.

I'm overall very happy with my experience with VeteransLoans.com. From the beginning they guided me through all the steps and the when it got to my loan coordinator Harry I was amazed how quickly he responded to any questions that I had.. Harry was Aces!!!

There is only one thing that I did not like n was leery of. The fact that my loan agent was out of town. Came up a local phone number when he contacted me but the agency was located in another state. For being a first time home buying I would of preferred someone that I could of met n been able to go over paperwork in person.

Katy was able to help me, along with the help of Garrett, to get these issues resolved. Veterans Loans ranked as one of the top companies for Veterans when dealing with mortgages and I agree. I would recommend Veterans Loans to other Veterans because of the great service, overall, I've received.
