With times the way they are (pandemic), we were able to refinance with Veterans Loan in a reasonable time frame. The staff (Keeley Duncan and Jessie Latham) were incredible, keeping us informed on a daily/weekly bases of requirements. All the paperwork, information gathering, and phone calls involved, normally create a stressful environment. That did not seem true with our experience with Veterans Loan. I'll contact them again for future home buying or refinancing and will definitely recommend them to other veterans.
