A great company with best prices, quick delivery and satisfying their customers!!

We have used them a lot for our dogs prescriptions. They personally call you if anything needed and very fast getting vet approval. There prices are great too. I have used many other companies in past for vet medicine and they are by far my favorite. Excellent customer service.

They always get our vet refills done. It did take a few days this last time for my refill order to ship (I ordered on Monday but it didn't ship til Friday) but I think that's what you get when free shipping is an option and I chose that. I was panicking because I had to start cutting doses in half for the two dogs but only for a couple days. The order arrived on Tuesday. So my only issue is if it's a refill it really shouldn't take long to fill and ship. Perhaps they were low on product though. I will have to pay closer attention to when the bottle is low. Otherwise, I have never had a problem with any product I've ordered, prescription or not. They also have very good sales. I save a lot of money with them.

Product received as expected. No problems encountered, very satisfied.

Had to call into Customer Service this time (only time in 3 years of ordering) because my order wasn't shipping. A quick call from Customer Service to my vet got things cleared up and shipped the same day, with a return phone call to me explaining the hold up. In several years of ordering prescriptions from VetApprovedRx, I have always had accurate orders received quickly. My dog and I thank you!

My dog needs eye drops for glaucoma. I found the cost of the prescription to be about 1/4 that of Walmart. Anytime I call with a question or to solve a problem, I get excellent service. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The prices were great compared to other sites and even from the vet. The website was easy to understand. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Will use this site again.
