I have had prompt delivery of the meds I have ordered for both my cat and dog. Fair prices too.

Very pleased with pricing, customer service, and pharmacists. However, turnaround time on scripts could be quicker. Regardless, its worth waiting an extra couple of days to save big! One pill was a thyroid medicine for my 11 yr old Golden/Lab. My vet charges $1.78 per pill X 2 a day! Vet Approved RX was only .07 cents per pill.....$912/yr or $49/yr through Vet Approved!!!

I switched Vets and my old Vet would authorize through fax with VetApproved. My new vet would not. I got paper Rx's and even though they gave me the paper, they would not authorized by fax. Vetapproved customer rep called me right away, I told her I had the Rx paper and there wasn't a way to scan and attach to the online order. So I mailed the next day and I got my order, during christmas holidays, in less than 10 days. I very much appreciate the help and patience with Vetappproved. The prices are always the best and the service outstanding!!!!!

I really love this site for my pets prescriptions. The only thing negative I can say is I am not happy that they raised the amount of purchase for free shipping.
