When I had a problem for my order and to call customer service they were really friendly and nice. I had a good experience.

This site was recommended by my veterinarian, and it is convenient that when you order Rx meds, they fax the vet for a prescription without any action by the customer being required. Opportunities for improvement: Send an email confirming when the RX has been received from the vet and another when the order ships. (or at least the option to request those). This time the vet sent back the Rx the same day, a Monday, but the order did not ship until the following Friday.

The customer service has been very good. They are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

I was on the hunt for Vet Solutions Medicated shampoo. I had ordered from another supplier on Amazon. After I saw no movement on shipping after they had told me it shipped , I texted and found out it didn't ship and wasn't notified. I canceled the order looked around and found Vetapprovedrx. Ordered it with express delivery and received quickly. I will have to say they are one of the most expensive, but I got much needed shampoo.

Item was as labelled and I got it as soon as it was confirmed with my vet. no problems. very satisfied and will use again. Also, less expensive then buying heartworm meds at vet.

This company does handle orders efficiently.

I ordered on a Friday and sent in my script for the meds then, also, It took a week for them to receive the script and ship to me. Wasn't their fault shipping was slow. However, the money I saved by ordering from them, $155 at my vet and $78 from Vetapprovedrx, I spent at the vet buying 10 pills to hold me over. They were $50. Crazy but true.

This is my second time doing business with them .
