Requested rebate form for product ordered, but never received rebate form for Novartis product purchased (Sentinel) and no communication on why?

My only experience was recently. I received a voicemail and when I returned the call to make payment for the order, they had great difficulty finding the order that the Vet had faxed to them by time I returned their call. The Vet was under the impression that the medication powder would come with a measuring scooper, but it did not. There were no instructions how to measure the prescribed dosage.

Got a call today from Cheryl and I guess there was a misunderstanding about the insulin syringes I ordered. She was very nice and said they would reimburse me for the shipping. The needles that were sent were the standard veternarian needles not the ones for insulin and she appoliged for that. In the future I would order from them because they really seemed like they wanted to make the mistake right again which I appreciate. The package was delivered quickly and everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Seems like a good company to do business with & they care about their customers.

Well with this site I bought the product but the next day I keep getting an email to come back and buy my cart I'll give you a discount! This went on for a few days when I had already bought what I had come to site to buy, When in this time of days I'm tired of all the bull emails I get ... Then I get the product and what a waste of money I get to throw my hard getting money n the trash!!!!!!! This thing has done nothing for my 3 Schnauzers, I would not put this on my web-site.. So u ask me about my opinion on ur site?
