Our vet ophthalmologist recommended we try a new eye product that was not listed on the vetapproved website. When I talked with them on the phone about it, they found that they would be able to get it and had it posted on their website that same day. Our dog also needs a specific brand of eye wash. They are always very helpful in making sure we get the right one.

Ordered some cat treats and delivered within a week...

I placed an order for my dogs anti-seizure medication, and was sure that I had updated the shipping address to my new home. Unfortunately, the delivery was sent to my old address. Panicking, with only 4 pills left, I contacted vetapprovedrx.com to let them know what had happened. Sandy was very nice and understanding. She processed a new order for me at no charge and sent it via FedEx. It arrived just a day and a half later. I was very worried when I realized what had happened with the address mix up, but am very grateful to have found a company that cares and understands. Thanks!
