This product was difficult to find on line, so I was happy to find it and not have to drive to my vet for each refill. I did pay for expedited (2 day shipping), which I did not receive. However,the product did arrived well packaged and in about 4-5 business days.

They sometimes have delivery problems. Once they sent the wrong product. But their products are good and they eventually get it right. Quality is more important than speed with them.
