Good, accurate product shipping with the exception of shipping a 90ct supplement product that was due to expire in 3 days. Customer service was friendly and prompt. Just have to wait for them to reorder new replacement product and send it along with at shipping label to return the expired supplement. Do watch their pricing. It seems as though certain products undergo a base price increase during a sale. Despite the sale, the sale price varies if and only slightly from the regular price.

Calling and leaving messages, only to get called back 6 hours later is not good enough. When my pet needs a perscription the need is NOW not in a week.

Wrong flea treatment sent. If I hadn't checked the shipment my dog would not have received the right amount to keep him protected. After calling, the right dosage is being shipped but my dog is unprotected until it arrives.

Was referred by my vet. Reduced price wasn't far off from what is available on competitor's site. Customer service was not great. Took over a month to get this common product despite calls and emails. First they said they were unable to get authorization from vet. But they never contact me! Then they claimed there was a delay getting the product from the manufacturer. Again, they never contacted me. Not sure I would go there again.

Every time that I've placed an order that requires prescription seems to be at least a day lag from when vet faxes and approves the prescription for it to be shipped. Seems that I always have to ping them to ensure the medication is being shipped ASAP and paying the 2 day shipping is actually worth it

Hi, I am please with your prices, and the fact that you do ship to Canada, but on your website, you say that shipping takes 1-3 business days. I ordered my product nearly two weeks ago and the tracking number still places it in Miami, FL. I am not impressed with this, as someone is waiting for this shipment for horse care. If I could provide a suggestion, it would be to rework your international shipping system to allow your site's shipping statement to be proved accurate. Thank you!

Omega 365 is easy to use and definitely helps on a dog who sheds 12 months out of the year. I've tried many other meds but this seems to work best.

I had a problem with a medication for my dog and wrote for a "free consult". Got an answer back 4 days later!!!!! Way too late to help!!!!!!!
