After taking the homeopathic itch medicine there was absolutely no reduction in the itching of our 17 pound rat terrier.

Good service and a fair price. the promo code issued with each purchase never works when entered and therefore cost is 5 to 10 dollars per order more than it should be.

I called to have Revolution sent to my house for my dog. After 2 weeks, I called to let them know I have not gotten the Revolution. I was told that 2 emails were sent to me to tell me my dog needed a heartworm test after I called them. I never got any emails. I took my dog to the vet and the test was done. The vets office approved it. I did get the Revolution by a miracle since the address was not correct.

The result of not getting a call back from the message I left affected my kitties medicine and I had to make the extra trip to another vet to get his medicine that I usually get online from this company.

medicine was not in stock, resulted in delay to shipping and pet skipping days of meds.

My only concern is how much the price of my item jumped from the first order to the second. There was just a few weeks between them, but the price jumped significantly...almost 50%. This makes me apprehensive about buying from them in the future...seems a little bit like "baiting".

Took to long to get. I had to call to find out what the status.

I am from Canada and your site states free shipping. I would have had to pay over 10.00 more to have it shipped. I had to inconvenience family in the US, to have the item shipped there. I was not pleased about that. Now it is taking longer to obtain the product.
