I'm Susan , the one who placed the order for Luna's Apoquel, and you are always polite, happy and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for you wonderful customer service and friendly people. I have recommended you to another woman who needs Apoquel for her dog and told her how wonderful you folks are. Keep up the great work.

Loved how my vet was contacted for the medication order. The medication was shipped timely and arrived within probably 4-5 days. I will definitely use your services again! Very pleased!!!

This is one of the finest companies I have found for pet needs. The selection is wide, the prices are competitive, and I never have to worry about delays in shipping. Add to that, customer service representatives are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been ordering prescriptions from Vet Approved for several years now and have always had a pleasant experience...even when there was the occasional glitch. Whenever there was a problem or "I" made a mistake in my order Cheryl called me immediately and helped me correct it. My orders have always arrived in a timely fashion and they deliver what I ordered. I like best their quick response to any and all issues I have had when ordering prescriptions on line. I would Highly recommend this business.

Good service and great person to contact via email. The only complaint I have is that I kept waiting for my item to come and they did not inform me that it was out of stock, except some that were expiring soon. After I contacted them when the item was not arriving, they gave great service, sent the item quickly and great customer service person. I have ordered from them twice and both times I received good service.
