The service is great & the products are the same the vet offers but cheaper. The only negative was waiting for them to straighten out being able to sell in IL.

Very user friendly website. However, delivery times needs to be more clear. Used what I thought was expedited delivery and paid the extra shipping cost because I needed the medication quickly. However, the delivery was slow and had to discontinue treatment until medications arrived. Poor dog suffered pain from badly infected ear canals.

Normally, prices about the same as competitors. But, with email coupon offers, I always save several dollars.

I used Vet Approved RX on the recommendation of my veterinarian, and things went fairly smoothly; the post office misdelivered my package to the neighbors house. So, the tracking showed it was left at my doorstep, but in fact, it was not.

Grateful that we were able to order our duschund's medicines with no hassles. The order was processed easily and shipped in less than one week. Can definitely recommend this company.

They handled everything including contacting our Vet to get the proper script. It took less than 2 weeks to receive our order.

Ordered some Tear Stain for our dog from Vetapprovedrx. It is a very good product, delivered speedily, and at the right price. Will use Vet approved again. PCG

It came on time but it wasn't the product that showed up on the website. It might still work for my dog so will try it but might have to send back.
