Had a hard time getting the Cetyl M joint med. It wasn't in stock and had to be ordered during all the bad weather so it was delayed getting to you. Then the post office took 4 days priority mail to get it to me which is only the next state over from you. TN to southwestern VA. My chocolate lab was out for 5 days. I had decided not to order from you again but the very nice service rep.(I can't remember her name) was so considerate and helpful that I changed my mind.

As of 3/11/15 we have not received any product.

My experiences have been positive, but I am concerned that none of the veterinary supplements I receive have expiration dates stamped on the bottles. I hope I am not giving my animals unsafe medicine.

The prices at VetApprovedRX are very competitive for most products. They also appear to be based in the US (very difficult to tell from most pet med sites). My only problem is that the service from this company is very slow and you don't get much in terms of feedback or updates. During checkout, for prescription items, you get the choice of mailing them your prescription or they will call your vet. I picked the latter. Several days later I got a call from my vet saying that a pharmacy called them, but they (the vet) has a policy of not giving prescriptions over the phone/fax. So I had to mail them a hard copy. But I never got any notice from VetApprovedRX about this. So I then e-mailed them to let them know it was on the way, and requested that they let me know when they receive it. They did not do so, and the Status page on the website didn't give any information until a couple weeks later when it said it was filled (but still not shipped). The whole process took several weeks. Not sure why it took so long to fill and ship a couple items, but when they did finally arrive, they were in good condition. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality of the product, the pricing, and the fact that it is a US-based company. But the snail-paced prescription fill and delivery knocks them down a couple stars.

My package, ordered Jan 23rd, only left Houston yesterday, Feb 2nd, so I can't really comment yet.

This company has great prices on thyroid meds for my kitty, however the last two times I ordered, one never was delivered and I had to go to my vet's office and buy pills till they sent a new order and the last one they told me they didn't receive the fax from my vet to OK the drug. The rep said she would call me and let me know they received the script. She never called and the next day I got a notice the script was sent. Customer service is not their strong point.

I ordered some pet meds and they said a signature would to be required. Thru the whole tracking process, it said delivery required when I looked then the package was rescanned again. I called and received a case number. Package wasn't delivered on time. Plus they lost track of package. They need better delivery service. I'm questioning ordering from them again.

Took a long time to receive the order.
