Took longer than expected to ship and arrive, which is both typical and frustrating. No problems with the medication.

Initially had to call to find out order was in hold due to backlog in shipment. After calling and speaking to COO my order was reinstated and arrived 2 days later! After rough start Vet Approved Rx really cane through with my anti itch meds for my dog - much to her relief!

I received what I ordered but it took almost 2.3 weeks! I have just ordered again and paid extra for priority shipping so I'll how this shipment goes. My sales person(Cheryl) was very helpful with my order.

VetApproved RX has good prices and fast delivery. They package items carefully and I have never had a dispute with them.

All things considered I highly recommend this company. Prices were good, staff was very friendly. Only problem I had was an explanation regarding the "pump" that went with the product I purchased.

Great, prompt service. Website is a little slow or unresponsive.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered with them. Had a few issues with their website not saving my dogs birthdays and vet information but I emailed them and they added everything in right away for me. I found some of their products cheaper than other places which is great since I have 4 dogs. I wish for their injections they would list expiration dates on their vials like other places do. I always have to email and ask before ordering. Quick and friendly service.
